How to use?

Usually more than 2 electrodes are used and they can be combined into a number of pairs. The output from each pair is known as a lead. Each lead is said to look at the heart from a different angle. Different types of ECGs can be referred to by the number of leads that are recorded, for example 3-lead, 5-lead or 12-lead ECGs (sometimes simply "a 12-lead"). A 12-lead ECG is one in which 12 different electrical signals are recorded at approximately the same time and will often be used as a one-off recording of an ECG, typically printed out as a paper copy. 3- and 5-lead ECGs tend to be monitored continuously and viewed only on the screen of an appropriate monitoring device, for example during an operation or whilst being transported in an ambulance.

Short term/Long term/Stress test/Holter

Monitoring takes the most import role in all the series. There’re two kinds of it: long term and short term .Monitoring electrode is widely used in OR,ICU,CCU and pediatric  monitoring . Our electrode could stick up in the skin for more than 12 hours to meet this two kinds of monitoring.

Cardiac stress test (or Cardiac diagnostic test) is a test used in medicine and cardiology, to measure the heart ability to external stress, when the measurement is in a controlled clinical environment.

In medicine, a Holter monitor (often simply "Holter" or occasionally ambulatory electrocardiography device) is a portable device for continuously monitoring various electrical activity of the central nervous system for at least 24 hours (modern Holters allow up to 11 days of monitoring). The Holter's most common use is for monitoring heart activity (electrocardiography or ECG), but it can also be used for monitoring brain activity (electroencephalography or EEG).
